After the match Saturday we are going to eat out before we go and see Kaleb Cooper at the Gordon Craig. Is that Turkish place in the high street any good?

Tarla and Misya are both very good.

Think Misya just about gets the nod for me, although you may be falling asleep afterwards

Misya? It's excellent. Grab a pint in the Chequers en route

Went to Chequers a couple weeks ago and had a horrible pint of Moretti and the pub stank of piss.

Did I catch them on a bad day?

Shit service too.
Sticky pub and smells of pish.

Marquis is still quite pleasant.
Can't go wrong with Misya apart from bumping into Dino.
Lavish is good. Sala Thong was good last time I visited.

Tarla also good but a little pricier; Lavish (Turkish/Mediterranean) opposite Misya is also very good. Suggest you decide, then book ahead.
