This has been the case for years, each of the FL leagues kick-off at different times in the final day for maximum coverage.

Same reason we kicked off early at Barrow last season, although L2 is the 3pm KO this season (from memory L1 final games were the Sunday last year, but The Champ finishes a week later than L1 and L2 this season so no need for any on Sunday).
