I did forget. Woke up at 12.15 to a message from a friend an hour previously telling me it was busy round the ground! Still made it in just 2 minutes late!

You forgot and still got in before me.

I missed KO for both matches I attended that day. And ended up stood beside Darren Sarll at the second one.

I’m not quite sure how I made it from asleep in bed in the Old Town to standing on the East Terrace in 17 minutes (including buying the ticket, natch) but I did. I don’t recommend it as a strategy. And I would have missed the game altogether had I not checked my messages the moment I woke up! How was Darren?!
