1-1. Let's hope this is enough to keep Revell away from the helm next season.

Not him or Ainsworth (tainted by Wycombe) . The other opnions suggested on here have mostly been sensible.

Born in Hitchin (like most older Stevenage people before Lister had a maternity ward) but went to Collenswood School in Stevenage.

I consider myself as an older fan, compared to the ones who have only been supporting us for the last decade or so. Anyone over 30 basically.

I heard that when he was at Baldock Paul Peterson wanted to sign him but Fairclough didn’t.. he then got signed by Watford.

It makes sense in a way if he is moving on. With him being 29, it's possibly the last chance for Reid to get a big move and for us to get a good fee.
Best of luck to him if he is moving on. He's been integral to our success over the last 18 months.

Some fans will be angry if he goes to Rotherham. Calling Evans bad names. But I say we may consider ourselves lucky as long as we get a good fee. Evans knows what he's worth whereas I'm not sure many other clubs would pay a big fee for someone who is usually a 10 goals a season striker.
He had a super spell for us in the first half of the season but has since returned to a more steady return so there is an uncertainty for buyers.
No disrespect to Reid, he's been brilliant for us, just looking from the point of view of an outsider, objectively. You take him on a free for sure but would you pay hundreds of thousands?

I'd have said only about £200,000 but with inflation and the stupid money in football these days maybe £500,000.
I feel his price will have peaked in January and we missed the opportunity to cash in then.
