While youre here Cruffers any reason for the disjointed media? No match reports, previews, digital programme, news?
ONE news article (ground sponsor) on the website since 7th August, the two news articles before that being buy a ticket and book a Xmas party, so not "news"
Hardly driving traffic or generating excitement at the start of the season.
I thought as a club with digital savvy board members and sponsors that would improve.
As a distant fan I used to vist the website a bit for news. Not everyone has or wants social media.

One of many problems with how things are being run currently.

Most of it doesn't impact me, but the match reports are where I get the away attendances from, and my database is going to be shit if I no longer have those.
We didn't announce it, or even the attendance full stop, during any of our PSFs, and Burton didn't include it in their match report, plus both our club and Burton ignored my message asking for it, so I hope this isn't going to continue.

Yeah it’s certainly a period of change since Alfie left. It’s meant significant increased workload on Reece and Joe (remaining media team). A new member of the team has been appointed and recently joined so that will make a big difference.
TBH, I’m not sure what happened re publishing the Matchday programme (and the Burton match report), and I will be asking later as it should be published before now.

FAO Cruffers + People Collecting ST Cards
Views: 482
I see BoroPod just tweeted to say that ST need collecting from the North Stand rather than the club shop, which also hasn't been communicated.
FAO anyone intending to do so today, be aware and save yourself a long queue in the shop.

I went to the club shop, then was informed about ST collection in the North only to find they haven't printed mine yet so had to go back to the shop!
It's always fun at the Sporta

Dog (singular now) is too old for long walks anyway.
But it'd be nice if you find the time once a.month or so... miss your optimism.

Other commitments are the main reason, but not wanting to waste my time and energy on the club helped me actually make the decision to stop for now.

Plus some have not been been printed like mine so you then have to go back the shop and queue again so they can do it.

Aye - Greg went to get his with a massive queue of people, so thought I'd let twitters know. Might save a handful of people queuing for nothing at the club shop

X, insta and the You Tube are all the club puts effort into now on the web. It's the future.
The website is basically a glorified ticket platform.

Advertisers on our website will pay for space based on traffic so same principle applies to both.
Neither will generate much income given our fanbase size.
A cup giant-killing or a viral sarcastic tweet from us to a big club might earn a hundred quid if it breaks 100,000 interactions and 1,000,000+ views. otherwise it's peanuts.
