Season Ticket Order Problem

Trying to use Fanbase to order 1 ET Adult ST.
Logged in ok but you get a "choose seats" page with drop down menu showing only ET options but if you click on your you get an error message saying you must select a seat and you checkout!! Anyone had this issue ?

I didn't have any issues with mine, a couple of weeks ago. IIRC I had to download the fanbase app...which I guess you must have done?
Slight hiccup, although it is easy to access entry to the ground with the QR code from the app, I decided to pay a fiver for a card with the QR code on. Called into the club shop a couple of weeks ago and fanbase hadn't supplied the cards yet! Somehow, I prefer to have a card in my wallet...call me old fashioned!

The cards are ready now, one of our group picked his up last Thursday when buying all of our Burton tickets.
I had no issue renewing my seat in the Norf for my ST, nor buying my seat for the Reading match, but being a seat I was...able to pick a seat.
FWIW, you don't need the Fanbase app, but do need to register an account with them in order to purchase, and can then add the ticket to your phone's digital wallet.

Haven’t tried a game from the norf yet but will never be able to square away behind the goal viewing being better than from the side of the pitch. Throws my depth perception when anything happens at the other end of the pitch.

The high vantage points available in the North reduces the depth perception issues - its a good view and youve got the bar access, but it's still a long way to the other goal for those with less than 20/20 vision.
And they dont create any atmosphere in there.
I'd rather stand near the halfway line and put up with a lower viewing position and a few idiots behind me shouting inane things, at least I can see the detail in both goalmouths.

I was so tempted to go North this season. (Seat and blanket, through winter felt so appealing)
Only spent a pre-covid half season in there. Will keep going CET until the 52yo knees say no more, they did grumble last year though

The difference is when you are standing you can move about to get blood flowing, whereas as sitting down you're just a frozen statue. Also on the busier games there are more people closer together creating some protection, but in seats you're always the same distance from someone.
It's a minor difference but I still get colder sitting still than standing.

They can go a bit wild in the North too.
Once I saw someone's check blanket almost slip off their lap after a goal.
If the person in the next seat had their Bovril in the other hand they'd never have caught the tassled hem in time and averted a serious problem.

I was happily enjoying the North at one match when an angry female steward came up to me yelling at me to sit down. ‘That’s the second time I’ve had to speak to you about this!’ she lied. She hadn’t spoken to me about anything, ever, and I was only standing briefly to stretch out my knackered knee. I felt quite affronted by the experience as I’m generally the most compliant person I know.
