I'm not actually sure what the "club" does own, I believe Phil owns most of the facilities, so you are probably right the club wont be worth much as it has no assets as such

The share in League 1 is the value.
Plus the player registrations we hold.
Bragbury is I would imagine covenanted, - and shown as an asset on the club balance sheet accordingly, otherwise it'd have been sold for housing for many millions and we'd have negotiated with the council to fund building up the Academy site infrastructure.
Might be wrong, Bragbury could be egally separately owned by Phil personally.

Bragbury is owned by Mr Wallace for sure, some houses have already been built there, once an access road can be worked out wait and see what happens to the rest of it, which i believe was going to be a community hub for local football teams, the real problem is most of it is a flood plain for when the Meg is flowing well, back in the day the lower part of it was always very wet.
Was always great football, rugby and cricket pitches down there and a nice little shooting range

As am add on think Mick Avery AVC bod and previous club Dir, owns the lease on Valley School facility and assume we rent it.Not clear re the Shephalbury site.

Couple of times now people have mentioned that Avery owns the Valley but didn't the club (or Wallace) purchase the site in recent years? Hence the new padel courts that are being built are a club venture to increase revenue. February last year rings a bell for the news.

Surely if the profits from the shephalbury pitch hires and the nursery all go towards the club values in terms of turnover etc, that must all be 'owned' by the club?
On the bragbury end site, beyond the existing houses towards the three horseshoes, between the road and river is allocated to housing in the local plan. The other side of the road, between the road and railway line is already coming forward with a recent planning application

We are talking about who actually owns the assets, not what income the club may derive. For example if Wallace owns any of the sites he may just let us us (the ltd co club)use rent free or on an agreement eg we pay for maintenance.If this a yes and he left tomorrow he could just take these assets with him.Thats another reason if my worry if what happens when he goes, which I know I keep banging on about here.
