Moving Seats

I didn't renew my season ticket this year. I've bought a ticket for Colchester and I've just had an email informing me they have moved my seat. Is this going to happen during the actual season, as it will royally piss me off??

No.

They originally had the Norf open for the Millwall and Colchester games, foolishly thinking the demand would be there. When it wasn't, the decision was taken to close that stand for those two games, hence moving the few who had bought tickets across to the Main. Which is a poor experience for those being moved.

Won't be an issue during actual matches as the demand will be there.

I originally bought a seat in the West in block B but they've moved me into C. Still seats available in West for those that may have bought from the North?

Oh, they have moved you from the West to the West!

No idea then. Maybe they have moved everybody who bought in the Norf, together into the same area of the main. But I would have thought they would have been relocated over a week ago once the decision was made to close the stand, and which would be silly as it would annoy two people instead of just one, and it's not like there isn't a plethora of other seats available to move others to!

North stand is closed for the Colchester game so assume that’s why they’ve shifted you. Will only happen again if a stand is closed presumably (can only see that happening for Trophy games potentially).

TBH, if I'd known Fairlands was closed I wouldn't have bothered booking tickets for tomorrow.

Really can't be arsed but the club has my money
