Harvey White Going to Plymouth?

According to a post on the EFL Fan Zone group on FB today:
League One outfit Plymouth Argyle are closing in on the signing of midfielder Harvey White from Stevenage after opening talks over a free transfer.
The 24-year-old, who came through the ranks at Tottenham Hotspur, is expected to undergo a medical as the deal edges closer to completion.
Not sure of the source or if there is any truth in the rumour.

Yes. See post below tagged Harvey White. Personally I think the loss of Charlie G is the greater blow. I'm more ambivalent about Harvey, but both leaving has looked the likely outcome since the season's end.

Both big losses. Harvey will hurt us more. Charlie was a big part of our strong defence last season but for such a good defence it wasn’t as settled as the numbers would perhaps suggest. Harvey will be harder to replace.

Midfield loan from a PL side should get us a talented young playmaker.
Trouble is getting one that can also tackle and match then physicality required in the men's game at our level.

Absolutely. Harvey has that technical ability that has come from being at Tottenham from a young age and we’re really only just seeing him add the physical side consistently. Think next season he has the potential to be a top centre midfielder at this level and he’ll only move in one direction I’d imagine.
