West Ham tickets

I have renewed my season ticket , but when I attempt to purchase a ticket for the West Ham match for my seat, it says seat unavailable. Last season it would allow you to pick your seat. Am I doing something wrong?

Obvious question, but are you definitely logged into your account?
Not tried to but my seat so unsure on whether there are any oddities with doing so, but I know on BoroTickets people often asked the same question and it was because they weren't logged in (properly).

Just had a thought, has the club actually said seats are reserved for this, or just that STH get priority to purchase?
I haven't read all the articles in detail, but have only seen mention of a priority window for STH to buy, rather than them being held back during said window.

Likewise, to me it appeared you could buy any seat and they hadn't reserved your season ticket seat.

How ridiculous of the club to allow season ticket holders to buy other season ticket holders seats. I can’t believe that the club can run the ticket system this way it proves to me that there is no loyalty from the club. They’re more interested in grabbing money when they can.

Its an utter disgrace. I'd ask for a season ticket refund.

It's a PSF. When it comes to cup matches or playoffs they will be reserved.

If this isn’t trolling then wow. It’s a pre-season friendly against a Championship side. Just pick a chair somewhere else.

The club gave a deadline of 4 o’clock today for season ticket holders to buy tickets, but it appears that it is a free for all not taken into account a season tickets obvious right to keep their seat, what a joke

Mate, how many season tickets holders are likely to buy another season ticket holder's seat for a bloody friendly. Most would likely choose their usual.seat.
And if they do buy uours I'm pretty bloody sure there would be a spare seat within a couple of yards of your usual one anyway. Maybe buy that one.
Yes the new system is a bit ropey but damn, get some bloody perspective. Go and have an ice cream.

I wouldn't be too bothered myself, but I do think it was a bit stupid for the club not to reserve them given there was a STH priority window (and they do for cup games so obviously is easy to do).
They should have foreseen this sort of reaction from some.

Thank you Sev, you obviously have something that is missing from certain people on this forum, that is common sense. you build a business on loyalty and reward simples.

Your entitled to make a mistake, I accept that, but , you need an open policy on what a season ticket entitles you to. I think personally that a season ticket holder should have a reasonable expectation of purchasing their seat for any match. Its just common sense and a matter of principle.

Your assumptions are wrong. I got a seat next to my official one.I never complain about anything at borough.I just wanted to make a point like you probably do. I find it hilarious how people on here think you are a troll because you have an opinion.Have a good look at yourselves and chill, life is too short.Have a good season 😃

It wasn't an assumption though was it. You complained about not being able to get the seat you have reserved as a season ticket. Then to make your moan even worse you got the seat next to it for the game. May I suggest you reserve this energy for cheering the team on in the season.
