Nice, love Mawgan Porth and the beaches around there. Shame Sun Haven changed owners and stopped doing camping, not been back since

I've got a 51-day period of travelling starting a week today...
And the first bloody day of that travel is me heading down to Stevenage.
Just to keep things exotic.

Good choice. I have a house there. If you are renting it I'll leave wine in the fridge.

Nowhere.
What is the point of going in the summer when that is the only time our weather is actually any good?
Go during the times of year when our weather sucks and you need some warmth and sun.

I had the idea about ten years ago I wouldn't go as far south as the Med during summer any more because of the heat, then I went to Prague in July 2019 and it was forty degrees anyway. Alright then, I'll stay at home. July 2022, North Yorkshire, forty degrees.
It's almost as if we're fucked.

ā4 nights in a tin shed shitting in a bucketā sounds bad enough as it is.
But in Sevās case, heās going the extra mile by throwing in the word āBlackpoolā too. Is he being ironic, dāyāspose, or is it just desperately sad? Mind you, he also mentioned āĀ£75ā so a holidayās a holiday, I sāpose?! .

Well, and me frankly, but youāve got to be supportive of Sevās plans. Imagine his little face if he discovered Blackpool wasnāt a desirable destination.

It's desirable to me. Perfect for morning runs up and down the Fylde coast. Trams for cheap and easy transport. Can't beat a caravan site for nostalgia.
Plus amusements, beach, zoo, tower, Winter gardens, pleasure beach, piers, and smaller local areas (like Cleveleys, Bispham, Lytham St Anne's, Fleetwood, all accessible by tram).
And donuts, lot of fresh hot donuts.
