What's everyone got planned for lunch tomorrow?

Ive got some Roquefort that im planning on having on toasted chilli bread with some sliced tomato and pickles.

I think I might make a sweet Chili Tuna roll. Lots of cucumber, thyme, garlic, chili sauce and mayo. Delightful.
