He must be dropped for second leg. His first two games he looked fairly useful. However, since then he seems out of his depth and some. Can't work out what Revs sees with him, but we've got other options we can chance.
Get a deja vu feeling like 2012 when we based all our hopes on a poor Stricker like Pat Agymange, especially when John Mousiniho was sat on the bench.
Same again Dan Phillips sat on the bench when why not play him in a more advanced position as he's a much better player.
So, are we going to go up the same road on Wednesday night and go out with a whimper. And for the statistician that would mean four League 1 play off matches=no goals.

He has been great for the team and without him I don't think we make the playoffs. He is great at receiving the ball with his back to goal, holding it and bringing others into play, something Reid struggles to do. His link ups with White/Kemp contribute to the best football we play. He has been giving everything and being overplayed when needs resting because we don't have any other options/players like him.
I really don't understand why anyone would criticise him, other than the usual simple view that if you don't score a shed load of goals you must be rubbish.

Someone on here thinks he is so bad we would need better playing with 10 men , but of course we are ok anyway as with our massive wealth of attacking options we have loads more to pick fromš

Agreed.
Matt Phillips didn't score a single league goal for Oxford (just one in the EFL Cup) in the two years he was with them.
I don't really feel he's a true striker but he's all we've got to partner JR.
As mentioned elsewhere, we need to figure out how to get Dan Kemp in the action if we are to pose any kind of threat up front.

Phillips had injury issues there as well, really is a winger anyway but imo given his age as well has done a reasonable job .

You have chosen to single a player out which is cuntish, in the circumstances. What a season, what a finish to it, and as pointed out, without Phillips we donāt make the play offs. Your post is a bit like what happened when they scored today, and all the shyte walk ups departed.
I donāt know if I dislike shit fans more than people who canāt see a player?
