76 Lounge also open for watching the second leg, I think someone asked about that earlier in the week. Not sure if already mentioned elsewhere

Is there a beer option that isn’t alcohol (and taste) free?

To be fair, I myself have slated Foster's for a long time but was given one after a home match not long ago and it was actually not bad at all. Suspect they have upped their game since most of us last tried it.

Definitely think the delivery method and drinking vessel are important factors. A cold one from the tap in a glass would probably pass muster as Balders says. My last experience was a slightly chilled can decanted into a plastic pint glass, not good.

An Asahi on the other hand is always enjoyable. Or a Fruli if available and I’m feeling fruity, literally.

This is why I have myself a PerfectDraft beer machine in the kitchen, so I always have an ice cold keg of beer ready to pour myself a pub style pint, without having to be surrounded by pub knobheads. Absolutely comes into its own during the summer, being able to sit in my own garden with a proper beer.

How long does the keg have you have once you’ve started it. Does it have to be drunk up in a certain time?

Stays 'fresh' for 30 days after being first loaded into the machine, but is perfectly drinkable beyond that, they just advise that after that point it may not be as good as when it is first opened.

Each keg is 6litres, so about 10.5 pints.

Got a Lowenbrau Oktoberfestbier in there at the minute. Seriously top stuff.

Made that Championship playoff match much better viewing than it otherwise would have been!

Mass produced deaught lagers are much of a muchness.

Nice in summer sat outdoors but otherwise not for me.

Fosters like a lot of such beers sn't suitable for strict vegetarians or vegans. Are you not that strict?

Would be great if we could sell out, if only for the mindset.

Wonder when the cut off is, I guess some people might leave it until after Saturday.
