Red cards

Feels like absolutely ages since we've had one? Is that correct? Feel like we must be well down on the league average. Quite a surprise for such a defensively minded team.

Most replies to my tweet about it last week said we would definitely have a red card in our next match then.

There was one, but it was for Rotherham, not us.

I (@_BoroStats) posted this on X on 25th March, funnily enough, stating that we haven't had one this season and that "Our last red card was 18th Jan 2025, when Louis Thompson received a second booking in injury time at home to Wigan.".

That's crazy for a big, strong and physical side.

Revell ball is so zen.

On this was looking for how we are doing on the yellows , those close to a suspension, but could not get the FA portal to open

I also tweeted about that a couple of matches ago to say the accumulation for ten bookings is after 37 matches, so it came just in time to save Dan Phillips and Lewis Freestone, who have now reached ten, plus Pidge who is on nine.
