for this Saturdays game what would you do, if Freestone is fit ?


1 - Put Freestone in back three, move Wilding to right wing back and drop Pattenden

2 - Put Freestone in back three, drop Wilding

3 - Put Freestone in as left wing back and drop Early

4 - Put Freestone on the Bench instead of Sweeney

4 - Freestone given a rest

Wildin, Sweeney, Pidge, Freestone, Earley

Give Goode a rest. Revs has been rotating recently, and doesn't Sweeney's brother play for Burton so he will be up for it.

Goode shouldn't need a rest. There's been no Midweek game since the middle of Feb.

I'm not a fan of rotating a settled backline unless absolutely necessary

If a player doesn't play for weeks on end and then is suddenly needed due to injury or suspension they will be off the pace if they haven't played for ages. Rotating 1 out of 4 centre backs in a back 3 is fine for me. Pidge missed a couple of games to reset and so Goode can have a week off as his performances have been dropping, and that will give Sweeney/Freestone a run out.

Our back 5 changes almost every week anyway!

I would rest Goode to the bench and go for a five:
Pattenden, Wildin, Pidge, Freestone, Earley. Feel we would be more mobile.
Sorry but Sweeney wouldn't make the bench for me at all at the moment.
