Yes and no.To exit Admin and keep EFL membership they only have to get new buyer to pay off so called football creditors at least a set %, cannot remember what.Everything else will be written off including no doubt loads owned to local businesses
Main person not tio get paid is in effect us as not paid tax for ages.
