It’s hard to explain, I don’t think Revs deserves sacking but I really would like a new manager.
It’s been 3 years of the same thing now, hit & hope football, then try and put pressure on the opposition back line to force a mistake and pounce.
How many goals have we scored through good, intricate play? Not many at all. It’s a very dull watch, and when we go through bad phases like we are now it’s borderline unwatchable.

It is dull when we’re out of form but he’s massively overachieving with us. It would be brutal to sack him.
And Wallace would probably hire a fucking idiot like that Exeter twat or Gary Smith.

The Barnsley comms saying how great they are putting 3 past our best defence record.
Forgetting they booted our only right back full on in the fucking head.

I'd have given any to have McGoldrick in our team though. Bloody class at this level.

As expected, because i'm a tactical genius.
Freestone as right of a back three was a bad move.

First time Marschall has conceded 3+ in a game for us.
Which coincides with it also being the 850th goal we have conceded in the FL.
So that's nice.

Time for him to be dropped?

We have no fit defenders to replace him with. For all we know he could be carrying an injury as well.
Otherwise, yes.

So whose your fullback then?
Another annoyance, Sweeney had been dispossessed 3 times in the last few minutes and lucky not to concede from his first mistake.

Joking aside, their manager will be fuming as they were in complete control and we've crept back into it a tiny bit.

Would be huge if we can build on it and get a result out of this.
Louis T to come and slot in at RB, then Cornick to come on and do the business for us to salvage a result. Huzzah!

Luther injured.
Goode injured.
Pattenden now injured.
Sweeney playing CB.
Unless we played somebody like Okwara, or moved a midfielder into defence, then no.

Don’t think Phillips positioning is good enough to play a makeshift RB

This could be a cricket score. Every attack they look likely to score and splitting us wide open through the middle.
Revs might need to change the 60min Reid off substitutions plan and do something different... albeit I accept we're a bit stuck with injuries

Sweeney, Pidge and Freestone all at blame for that. Shame as the formation changed actually looked to have helped us as we were getting torn apart before Pattenden had to go off, but Freestone should never be right back.
Bloody McGoldrick is still so good.

On a narrow pitch. This highlights both our lack of ability on the ball and our footballing IQ off it. Could be an uncharacteristic hammering this, could be 5-0 down already.

We have been ruined by injuries this season (Butler, Earley, Luther and now Pattenden) preventing us playing a back three, but you have to say that moving Freestone to RB is madness.
I am fine with moving to a back four, considering the lack of WBs we now have owing to those injuries, but would be far happier with Campbell or Louis T or someone at RB than Freestone!

Won playing a 5-3-2 Tuesday. Planned to play a 5-3-2 today . Swap Chem for Pattenden and we play the same system with a little bit more of attacking threat . Instead we go back to 4-5-1 , putting Freestone in an unfamiliar position. Thought we should have definitely found a way to keep the same system after it produced our best performance in weeks on Tuesday.

A right footed defender would’ve cleared that chance. He went with his left but couldn’t reach across.
We’re getting battered at the moment. They should’ve left the back 3 alone & put Campbell at right wing back
