Might have been a temporary server issue, not related to my non payment the other day though 😅

Do you pay out of your own pocket? I'm sure a few of us regulars would be happy to contribute

It's £28 for 2 years so not a problem, thanks though.

This may be a good place to advertise that Pete's hosting costs for Boroguide are considerably higher, so if you ever use that resource, any funds you were kindly willing to put towards Borochat, would be appreciated by Pete. I believe there is a link on the site for it.
Edit: There is indeed. A donate button down the bottom. Which takes you here: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/boroguide

I moved host last year and got an extended period. But still had to part with 10 times the amount quoted in this thread. Domain is also up for renewal this summer.

Am sure fans on here would help with costs for the hosting etc.
Or via Supporters Association?

Darren Isted's Hashtag Media has provided a level of sponsorship that helps, but I think I've received a total of £40 in donations over the past four years.

So, for £28 I could own my very own football forum? Assume it's a template set up so quite easy to format and run.
Www.BoroTwat.co.uk anybody?

I don't even know how it all works. I just pay to keep the domain name. Someone else hosts/provides the actual forum and that's funded by the adverts. He directs it to this domain name.
I really shouldn't be in charge as haven't got a clue how it all comes together.
