It was Jamie Reid so almost definitely.
When he isn't flinging himself to the floor trying to win a free-kick like Anthony fucking Grant, rather than holding it up, he is standing offside.
Edit: Having watched the replay in the bar at HT, it was given against Pidge from the original delivery. Point still stands though.
