The club is likely close to the limits of the EFL PSR rules so outgoings are likely needed before any major signings can be made.

Not to mention the lack of a decent cup run this year which has boosted the playing budget in previous years.

Transfer window just started and would be easy to just get in any old loan eg Westbrooke types, would rather wait for right signings.PS BTW on Westbrooke think Donny have sent him.putbon loan to conference.

Westbrooke has been at Scunthorpe and they've just extended to the end of the season, so we'll have to look elsewhere.
