Took a while to get going, hardly saw the ball first half hour. But didn't have to make a save. Defence were superb, especially Goode and Freestone.

Grew into it.

Very solid for the most part at the back against good players.

Very nice goal.

Workrate second half was superb.

We got our wide players forward, a bit reluctant to let off a shot at times but we created openings.

Not too much we could do about their goals. Draw would have been a fair result but when they analyse the game, they can take far more positives from it than negatives.

An enjoyable defeat.

I thought Cardiff had more and better attacks in the first half, but really only stepped up aa noticeable gear after our (superb) goal. From then on both teams showed some quality and drive. Not too disappointed with that - a battling performance that didn’t shame us in any way. On we go.
