Who's going to our first league game in an international football stadium?
City centre beforehand or any other local places? The gol centre bar seems recommended for away parking and beers

I thought it was postponed but looking at the graphic on the club website from the fixture release, it was always on this date.

It appears there is nothing preventing Sky picking up our game so maybe they've decided moving staff around on a Monday night between Christmas and New Year is an expense they can do without.

I don’t wanna be that guy but the Welsh national team have played at Wrexham’s ground 95 times with the last only being in 2023 😅

England have also had odd games at places we've played, e.g. Wolves, but they've never been an international teams home ground like Cardiff is

Getting the train down/across tomorrow. Arrive about 4.30pm. Leaving early the next morning so won't have much time for sightseeing.
Staying near the station which seems to be a long road of pubs and bars so will probably end up in those.

That's the one. My Travelodge seems to be next to a Wetherspoons and above a Walkabout. So I am expecting a terrible night's sleep, but that's what you get for £35.

Nice. You'll be waiting at the turnstile a while
Have made the executive decision to leave an hour earlier at 1pm tomorrow as just seen it took someone 6 hours yesterday

As this will be the second time this year I have gone to another country to watch Boro', I am treating it the same as Spain and have packed my shorts, swimmers, flip-flops, sun scream etc., so hope I don't end up being ill-prepared.

What an absolutely fantastic night.
What lovely people we have bumped into in Cardiff, almost overly welcoming and lovely.
On first (granted I spent a few nights out here when at Uni in Bristol) glimpse, one of the most welcoming away cities we have ever played in. A 10/10 evening.

Sounds perfectly reasonable that
Think this is only my 2nd ever international game with Boro, after Swansea in the FA Cup
Not sure if chester counts, the border ran down the touchline, but think the pitch is in England
