Dynamic pricing could well mean cheap tickets as a lot of non whites may not feel like going to the US - especially if the games are only held in red states.

The trouble is so many people just sell their tickets on on resale websites and nothing is done about it/they dint seem to think that is a problem elsewhere, FIFA are now just charging what the going rates is for tout tickets on the resale market, in their own sales, so they get the money, not touts.

If they had any interest on not touting tickets they would actually make sure people can't resale them

Legally on UK it is illegal I think resale footy ticks , and meant some extent coming in for concerts etc .FIFA of course would not ban it but rather keep the overpaid /priced ticket balance themselves it seems.
