What's odds he plays Sweeney instead of Freestone or Earley.

Incredibly long seeing as a) Sweeney is RCB rather than LCB and b) Sweeney hasn't even made the squad since his fuck up against Chesterfield.

Not sure going by Revs post match interview looks like he will play Freestone or Sweeney, not mention made of Earley Only reason given for Sweeney not being in squad was he had to make a choice for Doncaster game itself .Agree we should play a left sided player but nothing surprises me with Revs

Play like this at Peterborough and we'll get stuffed. Created nothing in a dire first half. Patterson please, and Young, and Malcolm.

Thought Young and Malcolm - along with Goode, Butler and Wildin - were the only bright spots in that game and looked far more dangerous in 20 mins than Lubala and Roberts did, which wasn't hard to be fair. Do worry that a lot of the attacking players look short on confidence again though

As I've said since he joined, Lubala is a League Two player at best. We know all about Roberts already.

Yes we can. Charlie was superb. But, if this makes sense, it seems to me we always set up to try and win by conceding fewer goals than the opposition rather than scoring more. One goal in our last five games. It feels like last season revisited at present.

I only saw the highlights today, but Doncaster looked like they should have scored a couple on the chances created. Very lucky to take a point out of that.
Lack of goals and ability on the ball throughout the team will ultimately be our undoing, but that's what you pay the big money for.

No team have achieved more points per game than us so far this season.
Of course recent form is a concern and we don't want to get stuck in a rut but it's certainly not panic stations yet.
Just need a positive result/performance to get some confidence back. And not to panic when we lose to Peterborough because they're better than their position shows.

Cannot wait for people to spout the bollocks "we shouldn't be losing to sides like that" after Peterborough beat us, despite them spending almost every week of our entire history above us, and despite them in their past three home matches putting eight goals past Wimbledon and Stockport, without conceding, as well as beating Cardiff 1-0 in the FA Cup.

100%. His first touch was a nice bit of skill, which is more than Roberts has done since Luton at home.

Why would we drop Ahadme from the squad? He's got a knock.
No Orford though? Good to see Thompson back in the squad.

Didn't Charlton pay over a million for him?
There must be something there. He's a strong, athletic player
I haven't seen much promise from him beyond those physical attributes though.
But I'm the same with Jake Young. Far too few appearances to judge properly but from what little we've seen I haven't been impressed, and there's a reason I'm sure as to why we haven't seen much of him even when fit.
Luckily we can rely on Reid, Kemp and Roberts White to weigh in with important goals.
They do say scoring is the hardest part of the game...

He’s better than a lot of other strikers we’ve had. Sure he hit the bar when he should have scored against Reading but he’s ok. People expecting him to be electric when he gets 20 minutes here and there for a team which creates no chances need a reality check.

Better than the other options. Would like to see us gamble on a loan forward in Jan.

Audio Mogadon, despite the best efforts of Steve and Dean.
It *sounded* like we were disjointed, low on confidence and too passive.
Wonder why?

Probably the worst game seen at the Lamex this season. Donny offered little and a fully functioning Boro side should’ve beaten them. But it was drivel. Boring, poor quality, passes almost entirely to the opposition… was it really the conditions? We should be better in all weathers. No attacking intent whatsoever was infuriating to watch. Positives were the defending, especially Goode, and I actually rated Malcolm and Young when they came on and were pleased to see them. At least we seemed to step up a gear (slightly) but to no avail. I *was* looking forward to Peterborough; not so much now.
