Yeah Inc the large contingents in the current Welsh based league clubs who proudly boast they hate England but strangely wan to to play in our league.

Could still have all five home nations qualify, depending on Thursday's playoff draw.
Northern Ireland will travel to Italy, Denmark, Turkey or Ukraine (Poland) for their playoff game in March.

Not arsed really, it won't be that much of an achievement considering 23% of all teams in existence qualify.

To be fair they managed to do it in the most dramatic way possible.

Three superb goals.
Taking the lead 3 times despite having about 15% of the play.
Last gasp goal from the halfway line to seal it in added time.
The biggest game in living memory for many Scots.
Gonna be some sore heads today. Well done, enjoy it!
And now we get to watch them fail to win a game, cry and come home early from the tournament. EAW

It'll take something extra shit for them not to get out the group in the new format.

They could be in a group with Argentina, Italy and Morocco/Senegal/South Korea or similar yet, so let's see what the draw throws up š

What exactly was Schmeichel doing to be a mile off his line but nowhere near the play whilst Scotland had the ball for about 20 seconds?

Re: The Scots

At one point Schmeichel was over on the right touchline, kept the ball from going out for a throw and then put a half decent cross in - he might have still been making his way back from that

Sweeping I'd imagine, hardly unusual, knowing the Scots were likely to hoof anything clear of their own half, he could sweep it back in.
(I'm surprised more players dont try and lob the modern sweeper-keepers who spent most of the game 10 yards out of their box)
