Good job we’ve got HSC games this season so the players who are not match fit and need competitive game time can get some mins.

Oh……

Yep TBH would a game against Hadley etc really replicated a BCD game against league opposition? ps we should still have played in HSC though and still cannot remember we made any official announcement we were not .

I’d have thought competitive football albeit the HSC would be better than a BSC kick about that no teams care about.

Club never made an announcement regarding HSC. Would have been a good confidence boost and opportunity for the promising young lads coming through such as Lenny Brown.

The club’s got this one wrong but gone are the days when fans voices are actually listened to by the club.

We do.

Didn't during the last two so are doing it differently this time in an attempt to not lose match sharpness and intensity after a fortnight off.

Players are used to a recovery day then working at a high tempo for 2-3 days towards the next game.

Two weeks of watching footage, fitness work and small sided training games on repeat must get tedious.
