Seems no better than Lubala, Ahadme, Malcolm or Young - it would make a change to sign a striker that actually scores goals

Young scored for fun at Swindon. Ahadme scored lots at Cambridge. I really like the look of Malcolm.
You can't scxore goals if a) you don't get picked and b) we don't make chances.

To be fair, they're not exactly cheap - or you get lucky with a lower league signing like Barry Hayles or Steve Morison. And you can argue Jamie Reid wasn't a striker with a famous scoring record before he came to us.

Reid's strike rate for Torquay was better than it is with us. He's scored less than 1 in 3 with us.
