Wonder if they’ll take Big (maybe not so big) Steve back?

And all primed for Steve to ride in on a white charger and get them back up into L1 next season.

McCann seems to be quite a popular choice on Posh’s Twitter although they’d presumably have to pay compensation to Donny. Some are suggesting retire Fry and make Fergie DOF and bring in a younger manager.
Agree that Fergie will of course be back in a few months probably as a Lge 2 manager.

I think we’re safe with Revs for the season. He’s clearly growing as a manger and I’m delighted for him and the club but without sounding harsh, he’s had three good months as a league manager. His stock is on the rise and he’ll be on the radar of some clubs for sure but I wouldn’t expect him to be poached any time soon.

Don't think Peterborough would be a big enough jump to tempt Revs at the moment.

A League One relegation battle around the corner from his house has Evans written all over it.

I asked Revs this exact question yesterday at the exclusive meet the manager event after the game.

He said he isn't interested.

For a manager on the up, to go to a relegation threatened club to attempt to turn it’s fortunes around I would expect Revs would see the undoubted risk to his future career prospects even if his salary was doubled. So no I’d be extremely surprised if he were tempted there.

Edit: just to say I’m not the least bit worried that this could happen.

Darragh clearly really likes Darren, which is why he keeps going back to him like Phil did to Graham.

Those 4 as dinner party guests talking football management and decision-making would be a podcast I'd pay for.
