Neither have experience as first team coaches at a decent level.
Jack doing what managers normally do and employing his mates.
But I liked Bridges, and hope it works out well for him.

If i was a Luton fan, i wouldn't be happy with any of this management change.
Bloomfield was inexperienced, Wilshere is even more so!
I guess he'll be able to use his contacts in the game to pull a few strings in the loan market, but other than that i wouldn't fancy his chances of changing a team that's been dropping like a stone for the past 2 seasons.

I have the weirdest feeling Wilshere will do well there. He always had a good head on his shoulders and he's been involved in the youth coaching at Arsenal if I'm remembering the right person.

Bridges was a coach at Lincoln so would've seen him today had he not moved. (Think he was still there)
