Ball number 42 this evening.

A few interesting/local non-league ones:
65. W*king (or Brackley)
68. Boreham Wood
75. Hemel Hempstead
76. St Albans (or Banbury)

Who is everyone hoping for?

None of them hold any interest, but then not a single tie on the whole draw was remotely interesting (including ours).

Also don't have TNT Spawts, so don't even have the option to watch most of them even if I wanted to. Sticking the draw and most games on some dogshit channel you have to subscribe to, truly the magic of the FA Cup.

Yeah but should not ,be unless perhaps it was at FGR.Other real non v league ties that warrant coverage. That being said if say if RD3 any all Ptem tie will always been shown, cause all they are bothered about is advertising revenue.

It's weird even the BBC games are being shown on TNT too. I get TNT as part of my EE phone contract, so happy with that and all the other Sport on there 👍

The draw not being on BBC is mad. It's football heritage. Just found out the draw through some notes app screenshot on a random Twitter account. Magic of the cup it ain't.

A nice money spinner though even without a plumb Premier League draw on the prize money alone.

Rounds 1-3 prize money:

First round proper winners - £45,000
First round proper losers - £15,000
Out in R1 = £15k

Second round proper winners - £75,000
Second round proper losers - £20,000
Out in R2 = £65k

Third round proper winners -£115,000
Third round proper losers -£25,000
Out in R3 = £145k
Beyond R3 = £235k+ (no losers prize money from R4)

Hoping for Barnet, Woking, Hemel or St Albans away! Mainly Barnet or Woking mind ;-)

Bumping this to say after much deliberation I want a trip to *South Shields* in the second round. That'd be utterly epic. (Not so much deliberation that I've checked for certain they're still in the draw, mind. Only going on my defective memory.)

W*king would be brilliant, so many of our fans have never experienced it. (Me included, not that I'd make the trip). Same for their fan base no doubt.

Be good to see what all the fuss is about and see some of the old guard who haven't been for years make the trip.

Didn't we play Maldon & Tiptree in a pre season recently recently?

York as its a new ground and easy day out would be good as well, or Totton/Truro. Who doesn't fancy Cornwall in November?!

Recently, no. Previously, yes.

Was our compensation to them for us taking Kevin Watson to be assistant to Sheringham. I had a lovely afternoon and evening there, and enjoyed looking at the cows or horses (cannot remember which now) on the big grass bank overlooking one side of the ground.

Edit: Even though it is a new ground, I do not want York away, as despite us being good now, I am still fearful of the upset factor from a decent Conf side at their gaff.

Correct that's the Maldon ground but Tiptree played at own ground in Tiptree itself until they merged, think at that point they were in Essex Senior league.
