Newport fans did look up for it on social media in the build up and took a good number over there tonight. Fair play to them.

First time they'll have experienced a South Wales FL derby right?

Looked this up and they played Swansea in the League Cup in 2020 and Cardiff back in 1988.

So not quite but it's been a while since they've played one.
