Yet again I have given up trying to buy a ticket online. 30 minutes entering card details and no ticket. Yes , you may say I should pay at the gate but I travel 40 minutes to watch Boro and this weekend I will go to Watford, so much easier.

I have just bought my East terrace ticket on line. no difficulties.
sometimes my browser did not complete the purchasing section, i now ensure that Chrome is always up to date and that i hold minimum browser history. Like others I have not had a problem now for a year or more.
best of luck.

what stage of the process is failing for you?
As Chuds said I’ve booked online many many times and have never had an issue.

As in you’re clicking pay and nothing has happened?
Or is it asking for external verification from your bank? Anyway glad you got it sorted

Can I get the reduced price at the gate on match day ?

Pretty certain we removed the price hike on a matchday two or three years ago and it is the same price regardless of when purchased now.

I would suggest this may be a you issue if you struggle with this regularly, as I have never had a problem buying anything, either tickets or club shop items, from us.

Same. Never a problem with tickets, albeit I only buy 4 a year max most of the time.
But ifollow is very temperamental via club website.
Deleting cookies, clearing cache and using private browser setting have all been needed before to buy a match pass.

I persisted and finally managed to get a ticket. I don’t understand the tech. Maybe it’s my age but Stevenage seems particularly difficult.

Good to know you’ll be there. In answer to your main point, you are not alone. I have not had any issues at all recently, but I did go through a long period a couple of years ago where getting to the payment stage often saw the screen go blank after verification. You never knew if the transaction had failed or gone through which led to wasted time at the ticket window sorting it out. A couple of times I’d been charged twice but the club were really good about sorting it out. Not been a problem since.
