Shrewsbury goalie

Eliah [sp?] Harrison, on loan from Man U, taken over from Toby Savin in the nets for Shrewsbury.
Was he ours or am I mixing him up?
Anyway, just dropped a ricket to let Notts County score.

It is, yes.
His third professional match. Conceded seven times in 210 minutes, albeit Shrewsbury suck - shame we got Revs in instead of Ainsworth, who many were clamouring for, eh?

Ainsworth is doing a decent job at Gillingham & I still think he would have been a good appointment.
He also lives in my town & I see him regularly. I actually asked him at the time if he was coming to Stevenage but obviously he couldn’t say anything. The impression I got, however, is that he was never even considered.

SkyBet tweet:
The streak continues 🙌
@TheGillsFC make it 17 league games unbeaten, the longest active streak in the @EFL and their longest since 1999 📈
Gareth Ainsworth is still yet to lose as Gillingham manager 👏

I also think Ainsworth would have been a good fit. Maybe one day he will be. Doing a bit of job at Gillingham.
That said (and I'll say it quietly) I just might have been wrong about Revs. I never actually wanted to be right.

Wait until after Huddersfield before going full "Revell again ole ole"... they may do us 4-0!

It wouldn't surprise me, but that wouldn't change the fact that I've changed my opinion.

Kudos Jayess. Revs has done great. Big shoes to fill following Steve, but he looks to have taken us to a new level. And he's a lovely bloke to boot!

It was always going to be Revs. I regret not lumping on at 12/1 to this day! (I don't bet, but I nearly made an exception!)

Ainsworth is now at Gillingham, Appleton is the Shrewsbury manager.
Still very happy with Revs over either of them mind.

Oh yeah, good point! Poor from me there, very poor.
Even more pleased they are doing so badly now though, because Appleton is an absolute prick.

Yeah but Gareth can cheer everyone up over lunch at the training ground by belting out some popular tunes on his guitar, Revs can't do that.
So swings and roundabouts.
