Trialists - What could have been
Views: 1407
With preseason underway, and the excitement of trialists with each game. I was wondering if anyone knows if we ever had any trialists play a PSF game who didn't sign for whatever reason who ended up being great?

Nicky Ajose played for us against spurs some years ago in a pre season game
Also remember us playing Freddie Ladapo around 2016
The OG’s will remember Liam Enver-Marum who thought he was too good for us.

Chuds has an injunction against Liam's mum after she threatened to cut off his testicle with a rusty spoon IIRC.

Alfie May was on trial with us. Can’t recall if that was under GW 3.0 or someone else though.

Did Nathan Tella ever trial for us?
Wasn't there a guy at Aston Villa who was quite scathing in an interview about being rejected by Stevenage?

Keinan Davis?
Was at our Academy, we released him so he went to the Waders, and was spotted and signed by Aston Villa after they played them in either an FA Youth Cup tie or a PSF.

Not sure if a trialist as such but Kevin Phillips, he was too small to make it.
