With preseason underway, and the excitement of trialists with each game. I was wondering if anyone knows if we ever had any trialists play a PSF game who didn't sign for whatever reason who ended up being great?

Alfie May was on trial with us. Can’t recall if that was under GW 3.0 or someone else though.

Was at our Academy, we released him so he went to the Waders, and was spotted and signed by Aston Villa after they played them in either an FA Youth Cup tie or a PSF.

One of the Mcanns, I think Grant, went on the captain Sunderland and play in the prem league, played in a preseason friendly at Enfield I think, a long time ago
