I'm on holiday in Krk, spent yesterday on a 2km zipline on a mountain then on a boat tour to various snorkeling points. Missed seeing dolphins though, which were seen 30 min before 😢

I remember the time we played Brentford in July 1996. I think it was, and am I right in thinking we played Chelsea and Millwall that year too because I remember Kasey Keller being in goal for Millwall.

I went to the seaside.
Luckily this weekend there is a Grand Prix and England Cricket match so that'll keep me entertained.

Phillips vs Simpson in a few hours as Trinidad host St Kitts & Nevis.
Luther captained Antigua earlier this evening, playing the match at CB. Sadly they lost 1-0 to Cuba so can no longer qualify for the World Cup. Final match for them in Honduras in a few days.
Tyreece Simpson has got himself an assist on his international debut. Man is gonna TEAR IT UP next season.

Do the smaller and poorer nations get FIFA (or regional equivalent) funding to help with the costs of jetting in players, travelling and hosting etc.
It can't be cheap scouting and bringing 22+ players into Trinidad or to wherever they are playing away games, from all over the world several times a year.

I’d assume so. FIFA must do for worn torn countries and those in economic turmoil as well because there’s no way North Korea and Afghanistan are putting money towards hosting and travelling to football games
