Lolz.
All those people saying he was amazing and would play in the PL whilst I said he shouldn't even have been ahead of Louis T in the pecking order.

Its only on season long loan so they must still rate him.

Really been surprised that he He looked brilliant for us in that short loan spell and expected him to be a prolific scorer at L1/L2 level. He hasn't done bad for himself and arguably still got potentially some of his best years ahead of him, just expected more. Was a time he was getting into the Forest team in the Championship.

Wonder if we' were interested at all in signing him at all , but if yes perhaps was hoping to ditch Pressley and or Simpson first .Could be Doncaster offered contract and played did not want to wait around

Would have been a squad player here in any case. I doubt we'd have offered any more than a 1+1 deal.
Don't blame him for taking a two year deal and first-team football.

Danny Newton signs for Harborough Town Fc, They seem to have signed a decent player or 2 and retained majority of their squad seems theyre using their FA Cup run money.

Chuks Aneke - Released by Charlton. Could do worse striker-wise at L1 level.

Could do worse by playing me up front. I’d actually move around a bit though. And show PASHUN.

"Could do worse"
I am really not sure we could. Including our current crop.

He didn't go down well last time he was here, but he was young then.
If we want a big strong fairly static experienced striker with a relatively low goal per game ratio to lump it towards we could do worse.

A striker who contributes to very few goals and who misses plenty of games through poor disclipline. Sounds great. May as well just keep Pressley than doing that.
Or we could do something absolutely mental and not sign a player who used to play for us, and could look forward instead, to more players like Tyreece Simpson ;)

I'm convinced, although I have no evidence to back this up, that there's a player in Appere. I know I'm probably deluding myself

You will be glad to know Pressley and Simpson then have just signed new and improved contracts .
