Confidence radiating from him...compare to Revs 1....no comparison.
We may have to live with the idea he might move on to a bigger stage if his success continues at our club. That said, it would be nice for everyone if he could take us up another level. Who knows?

I can see why the players love working with him. He's supportive and positive, but clearly no pushover. A man's man, to use a cliche. Having lived their life successfully on the pitch will help no end. His growth as a leader is clear. IMO we're lucky to have Revs. (Think about all the no-marks we could have instead: urgh.)
P.s. Wasn't his description of Pidge rather lovely, and entirely true. Another fantastic leader who we are lucky to watch at the Boro.
P.p.s. Loved the line about his kids ;-)
