A player is cautioned if guilty of:
* Delaying the restart of play.

Wasn't this one of the new rules introduced last season Inc leaving pitch at nearest point and meant first few games had massive extra time added? Can't remember them formally being ditched but seems no longer enforced

It seems to happen occasionally now, (time wasting/delaying the start) but more so with keepers rather than out field players
