Surprised not much mention of penalty not given when List was through. Looked clear pen from my angle, but can only assume defender got something on it. Not shown at all on Sky highlights

I think it was a penalty, we had the best view in the north, and certainly kicked List's foot and don't think they got any of the ball.
Ref and linesman wouldn't have been able to see from their angles.

We thought it was a good tackle. Gaffer said the lad took Lists foot away as he was pulling it back. Ref looked at the lino apparently as he couldn't see as you said. Tale of two penalties

An improvement on the quality compared to Burton but not the result.
I thought we dominated for large spells and more so than Lincoln, but Lincoln are a clearly a side that knows how to win without playing well.
In terms of general play we looked better and I would have thought if anyone was going to win it, it would be us (if I didn't know our troubles scoring goals). But draw was most likely.
Unfortunately we lack that cutting edge or killer instinct at the moment. We haven't learnt how to win and there's also the chance of individual errors to cost you.
There were some positive signs and given the new signings we now have two weeks to work on the new squad and getting them on the same page etc.
Too early to be calling for sackings but we need to see improvements going forward rather than inconsistencies.

This is very poor. An obvious penalty given away & we seem to have no idea how to get back into the game.

It was beyond poor. Even made last week's game seem exciting. Doubtless Rev will find something positive in there. I couldn't.

I thought the performance was better than Burton.
Still way off the required standard though.

Burton was a low bar.
Today was worse.

I thought we created even less today, though we were very solid defensively barring one very poor decision by Butler.
We have good players to come in, and there is some over-reaction on here (and in Chuds case over-reacting to the over-reaction). It wasn't all rosy towards the end of last season, but seldom as poor as the last two games. Simpson looks way off a League One striker, which is part of the problem. Appere is significantly better, and we have Reid and Young to come in. but overall we lack any attacking threat.

Maybe created less, but was against a better standard of opposition and the fact they looked pretty average is credit to us. Just found the game more interesting than the Burton one which was two poor sides and a lot of kicking the ball long out of play. We did less of that today.

Just trying to add some balance :).
But seriously, as I said elsewhere, I am more confident about our prospects at the minute than I was before KO on the opening day and currently have no fear we will go down. Maybe my low expectations before the season help, whereas anybody who expected another playoff push (which 100% would not even have happened had Evans stayed) will be very disappointed.
Ask me again at the end of October and we will see how things look then.

This is exactly what we a feared.
Cheap manager, same mistake. Pretty much the team Evans built, but unrecognisable now.
The crowds will drop, the money will dry up and we'll be stuck in a relegation battle.

I had my doubts when he was appointed. No, he definitely is not a manager. There’s no tactical changes when things are going wrong. Lincoln were terrible but we created nothing apart from a missed sitter & that only came about because of poor defending!
Shocking, boring & I can’t see us staying up with Revs in charge.

I share your reservations to a degree but to say "There’s no tactical changes when things are going wrong" is balderdash.
He changed formation twice to try and get something out of Huddersfield. We have played a back 4 and a 5 at different times this season already.
So he's not fixated on one plan. Altho' granted today and Burton felt like bad Evans or bad Westley were back in terms of our attack plan.
Time will tell whether he's any good or not. But he is willing to change things up.

People made up their mind when he was appointed.
Those who didn't want him will scream it relentlessly at every given opportunity until he goes, and will totally ignore a lot of what is actually happening to try to make their points, and claim everything is the same as it was first time around.
I didn't want him as manager, I feared we would go down this season, but what I have seen overall this season across EVERY match has clearly shown to me that Revs' management is different to first time around, and I am actually more positive about us than I was before KO against Shrewsbury.
But there are some serious people sat wanking away tonight, taking serious delight in claiming they were right, four fucking matches into the league season. It is ridiculous.

Interesting to think there's a small majority of fans who believe he's the right man for the job, as where other fans don't think so.
We shall have to see as time will only tell.

Another awful performance. Devoid of ideas. No real pattern of play. Simpson is a waste of space. Roberts looks a better player on the left. Butler is crap. Far to casual. Revs has a lot of work ahead to sort this out.
