That's been a little saver the last few seasons. Choose to collect your ST and they post it to you anyway. Huge savings made!

Click tickets along the top, then there's a blue square with 2024/25 season tickets in (the bottom right box).
Once you're there it should be self explanatory, I assume, not gone any further.
Edit: you have to be logged into your account when you go there according to the article.

I have logged in and it directs you only to buying a new season ticket not renewing a previous ticket.I know I can call the club shop but surely I should be able to do it online.

Log in to the BoroTickets account and select the block of whichever stand your seat is in on the map it will be there waiting for you, highlighted and ready to click on and buy.

Thanks for your help. I have done all this but my seat is not highlighted like it should be. It still appears grey. I will go to the club shop on friday.

I managed to renew my ticket over the phone. We discovered the problem and it was because my old season ticket had an extra b on the name, so it caused a problem with the renewing process ,although I could purchase preseason and cup match tickets without a problem.
