PW's Manager Tick List
Views: 965
Apart from the obvious which is a manager to take us into the Championship, these might be on his list (in no paticular order) :-
1, Man management skills
2, Able to work within a relatively small budget
3, Experience of League 1 and 2
4, Contacts within the League
5, Eloquent in his dealings with Leon and PW and the media
6, Quickly to gain the confidence of the fans (= bigger attendance)
7, Examples of dealing with pressure
8, Experience of playoffs or great escapes from relegation
9, Lives within 1hr travelling distance
10, Able to turn negatives to positives after defeats
Any other thoughts?

Look how well No. 4 has done for us in the past - usually a shorthand way of saying I used to be someone but now couldn't give an ass.
