Hasn't improved massively over the season.

Hasn't even nailed down a starting berth àt CDM.

I think Man City will struggle to get him a loan at a higher club than us next season.

Don't know what his domestic situation is, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's released by City and we snap him up in the summer on a free.

Still young and has potential, not great but has rarely had a shocker. I'd take him as a squad player.

I think he is a centre half and he is playing CDM as an education.
Little wonder he is not at a great level yet

10 times less effective than Bozzie in his prime. It’s a big no for me.

To add, if we didn’t know he was on loan from City there would have been a lot more questions about him this season. On the eye he doesn’t offer much, but we know he’s fro city so there ‘must’ be something us mere mortals are missing.

Bozzie was a special talent.

I think Burns is a very good, tidy player who can easily play at a higher level.

Think he does a job, sort of goes mostly unnoticed never having a shocker. Can't comment on if others are better as not seen enough, or if better loans available. But no complaints with Burns from me.

I noticed against Bolton without Pidge and Sweeney (and Oliver) we are a rather small side. Burns gives some height although not particularly physical in stature.

Think we missed Burns big time against Orient, not helped by Louis having a real off game. He's out best midfielder at nipping in and getting a toe on it. Not something you'd typically be starting solely for.

I haven't seen the big deal since he signed. He isn't bad, but I also don't see what he really offers, and for somebody in such an Academy his passing is pretty atrocious.

I would have Louis T starting ahead of him every game.

Agree he's not a starter, but Evans does rotate the midfield. A versatile squad player.

Never going to be quick enough for the Premiership either. Wouldn't want him back after this season and IMO still shouldn't be in our best starting XI.
