Article on the main site. He won’t be part of Dino’s management team next season.

Good luck to him whatever his next adventure is.

Sarlly was holding him back, just like he was doing with our second-best-ever Football League squad.

Good luck in the future Nicky.

This could be 1of 3 reasons y he has gone.

1 Ronnie is player coach next season.
2 someone like Ashton coming in.
3 1+2 combined

Meh. Agree with the good luck to him whatever's next bit. Pretty ambivalent about the departure to be honest.

Sad but you understand why. Really nice guy and wish him the best, believe he will have a future in the game.

Intrigued to see who comes in now however

I reckon he'll play in the Premier League, perhaps even win a few England caps.

From Get Surrey...

Goodliffe and Geoff Chapple have been in interim charge since the departure of Anthony Limbrick earlier this month.

Goodliffe says the situation is still up in the air, and although he deems it unlikely, he would be “happy” to engage in discussions with the board regarding taking the club forward.

“My contract finishes this week, and then it’ll be up to the club to speak to me as to what it looks like going forward,” Goodliffe said.

“I’m not really in any way knowing what I’m doing next season. We’ll wait and see what the board decide going forward.

“I know they’ve had a number of people showing interest in the job, and we’ll wait and see where that goes.

“I’d be happy to speak to the board if they saw that as an option. I certainly don’t expect anything from the fact that we were relegated today.”

They wouldn't get relegated and lose their stand in gaffer all in a couple of months.

Can't be him.
