Statistics don't lie

Clear statistics that I have sourced show Sarllz has lost 73% of Boro matches he has been in charge.
Recently the stats are even worse.

Any other manager would’ve been sacked by now.

But he is a local lad with proppa passion for the club so I guess he’ll stay.

PW isn't daft and he knows DS isn't taking the club in the right direction
If he sacks him now, is ihe throwing the team into further chaos as we need 12 points for safety . If we drop further we are in a dog fight
Until PW gets a replacement we have to hope DS blunders his way into picking up points
Then we will see a change

Personally I'd ship out Darren and get Roberts and Bostwick back in charge

Oh my god. First thread i read someone needs explaining how a 2 goal lead is better than a 1 goal lead and now this doughnut is suggesting we replace our manager with 2 players from separate teams in the same division, one of which is still in his fucking 20s.

Thats enough internet for me today

I'd love to see either back, but I think after he is eventually sacked we need an experienced league 2 manager along the lines of Phil Brown with Robbo as their no 2

Robbo in charge would be brilliant.

Sometimes it’s not just about the experience. It’s about the intelligence of the person and their willingness to admit their mistakes and learn from them.

Indeed it is the last bit.

I heard a radio interview with Darren a couple of three weeks ago and what he said has stuck with me . He said and I paraphrase ' .... I do not listen to all the criticism' .

Well that is a very silly thing to say everyone should listen to any criticism - you listen and you either throw it out or you take it on board - but you DO listen to it

His record at Boro after GW left for a start. Plus the fact that he is highly intelligent, a natural leader, and knows this level like the back of his hand. Nothing is certain in this life, except death, taxes and the fact that we'll never get promoted under DS.

Compare that team with this team. Gary Neville was alleadee for United and England and clearly has a very good knowledge of the game. How did he do in Management?
I loved Robbo as a player and don’t disagree he hastheatrivutestobe a great manager, but not someone I would throw into a our current situation

I said about two months ago that any other manager would of been sacked but for some deluded reasons the board are pleased with him being in charge and holding the club back.

It's grating on me now.

Seriously tho' , I don't think anyone upstairs is happy with it any more than we are or the squad or manager are.

The board just aren't unhappy enough yet to pull the plug.
