But I'd rather 'hobble' over the finish line with a new manager now, who is building for the new season with players in the right position and the right tactics.

In other words, PW has to do the right thing. Put Sarll out of his misery.

It'll be interesting to see the shape. Hopefully 4-4-2 not one of the strikers left wing. Glad to see Amos staring. Surprised McKee keeps his place after Tuesday (good luck to him bouncing back though, he's given some great performances so far).

Said during the week, we can bring in whatever players or how ever many players we want, it won't see us do anything as Sarll simply isn't good enough as a tactician or a motivator, he'll just waste the good players we have, ruin their confidence and belief and see them all regress (as he's done to the lot we started the season with).

We are not ever going to go anywhere with him in charge. He needs to stick to the kids, he can't handle adults.

Edit: I am jealous of Accrington. They have a manager who knows what he's doing and can change things around, they've turned around so many games and won so many points from being behind and late in games already this season. They turned around a 2-0 deficit at home just a couple of weeks back and have now done it again. How many points have we won from a losing position or late in games? I can think of, funnily enough, Accrington at home, any others? We are too defensive and too shit.

Totally agree. His in-game management is poor and always has been. He’s not learning.

Someone correctly twitted that he could have a premiership squad and he’d still manage to cock it up.

We have a very young (albeit very good) centre back who gets a yellow very early in the game, and a very experienced centre back on the bench. So I can imagine Wilmot was very nervous not to get another caution. King also on a yellow, but DS doesn’t change either of them.

As has been said before, with a decent manager this squad could do very well.

Just two mistakes with a mix of bad luck, one goalkeeping, one a poor clearance followed by a wicked deflection.

That can happen to any team.

This season it's just our turn. Too bloody often.
