Dearest Darren

Just a question, we well know you read the forum so any chance of a reply ?

When will you in an interview actually take some responsibility for the result when we lose? I have heard you do it many times when we win but never when we lose.

Would you be kind enough to let me know who you have coached to be a better player since you became our manager ? I can think of none

Why are we playing a CM at CB and a CB at CM and then keeping a RB at LB after the RB leaves the field

How many years does it take to be in charge of a club to produce a pattern of play? We still don't have one

Any kind of reply through the media or at least acknowledgement that you are getting it wrong would at least restore a little faith but goodness knows you have a lot of hearts and minds to win back, I wanted you to succeed but you have failed

Many concerns with the squad, lacked width yesterday but we’re selling a winger which would be the second of the window. Think had a style of play earlier in the season but like last season, a big defeat has ruined confidence and now the creativity has gone (for a stronger defence?) yes people are right saying we miss Charlie but we look like we miss Schumacher and McAnuff just as much. Sarll will be here next season barring a catastrophe between now and the end of the season, next summer he’ll have to bring in experience, tenacity and leadership to midfield or the team won’t progress

The team won't progress. No matter who we have in our squad, Sarll will waste them.

It’s a fair enough point you make. Plus, Wilko on the bench when really that was the perfect match for him to be playing in tonight. Provides strength and experience at the back, an asset missed.

I particularly liked his response to Steve (and I paraphrase)

"Well what do you expect when you put a 19 year old 5'9" Jamie Gray with 12 appearances up against a 6'4" centre half with 400 league appearances under his belt?"

I expect that you change the way you pass to your strikers and play through balls between the defenders for him to use his pace to chase onto, but what do I know?

Not that he is any different in stature, but we have Georgiou on the bench every game yet always bring on Gray if it's a choice between the two. He has shown absolutely nothing to suggest he might even threaten to score.

I quite liked this exchange:

Steve: It was shit, wasn’t it?

Dazza: Was it? What are you saying?! Definitely not at fault myself.

Embarrassing to listen to.

I noticed they didn't do a man of the match poll last night. Which is a shame because I was going to suggest Andronicus should get it for showing infinite patience.

Yes! What we really didn’t need last night was an experienced and relatively pacey midfielder who liked to get stuck in. Good job we got rid when we could, eh?
