KPI's

By Lops (lopo)30/1 22:41Tue Jan 30 22:41:34 2018

So here are the 4 KPI's Phil set Darren.

1. Develop young players - Wilmot and McKee have done well. Gorman is Gorman. 2 or 3 other youngsters barely had a sniff.
2. Provide fast flowing, passionate, exciting football - Fail for most of the season.
3. Compete in the top seven - Fail (so far)
4. Deliver a cup run. - 3rd round, better than recent years.

Sarll will be here next season and I think Phil will reiterate these four points, barring February and March last season and arguably first two months of this season, we have not found a balance in solid defence and midfield and attacking flair, Sarll wants to play attacking football but I certainly didn’t see it last night, I think there’ll be a bigger budget in the summer with Wallace saying financially the club is better than last year and Turgott, Pett and Beautyman going for fees and whatever we get for Godden in the summer but it needs to be spent on the right players

Yep, failing on that one too. Swap passes for hoofs, and intelligently for aimlessly and that will be a KPI tucked.

Fast attacking football without spilling your pint.

Don’t get knocked out in the first round.

Do a goal.

Anymore need adding?

I'd like us to do a goal so we can have SCENES like the last time we did one.
