Fortunate football and Darren Sarll

Tonight was dreadful

DS style of football is best described as fortunate
So far this season the players, despite DS have collected 38 points
He is the most tactically inept of all Boro managers
Despite using the long ball to the short guys upfront and seeing it doesn't work, he continues with it

Tonight we had 1 shot on target ( BBC Sport) and despite 3 subs shit changed

What happens in training for God's sake

I have never been a fan of Darren as I just don't enjoy the crap football he delivers week in week out
I've seen many wins best described as fortunate and I have no confidence in him

I will be glad when Phil lets him go

I don't beleive anyone can defend him anymore based upon tonight's game and his 2 years at the "helm???"
We are indeed fortunate we have good players who save his skin and pick up points

Pack your bags Darren

Yep.

I've had enough now and despite being pretty patient and defensive of him previously tonight has confirmed my switch from giving him the season before getting rid to getting rid now.

It doesn't matter who we bring in as players, he just doesn't have what we need and it's only going downhill.

Bring in somebody else, they'd be unlikely to get worse results and would find it almost impossible to offer less inspiring football.

Fear we are in for another big being when Luton come to town. Simply not good enough.

How can we not defend set plays with 5 defenders on the pitch?

We'll scrape a point V Accrington or Luton, just to drag this sorry tale on a bit longer.

Everytime we think 'that's it, I'm done' the team do just enough to make us hope we've turned a bit of a corner, and it's another 2-3 games before Groundhog Day comes again and we smack ourselves round the head with a wet sock for being so stupidly optimistic.

Sarll is going nowhere this season. Phil wouldn't have sanctioned the wages Revel Revel (if only we could come up with a Bowie inspired song for him) will be on if he was thinking of changing the name on the managers door.

Totally agree, nothing will change my opinion that he is no more than a bullying kids coach , I sit in the west stand not far from the dugout and tonight he offered no clear direction, tactics or motivation to the players, except shouting and swearing " push up " and as for Roeder he appears to have lost all interest he offered nothing all game...maybe like the majority of us he's had enough of Sarzll too

Then as an advisor to PW he should be telling him that otherwise what is the point of Roeder being there, he won't be cheap either.

The whole setup is just weird, youth coach managing a youth team, the way this is going it will only hinder their careers.

How many of our players have improved under him? I cannot think of one, including the youth players.

That's almost impossible to tell, as he was heavily involved with a lot of them in the youth team as well.

What's that got to do with it? Have they got better from appearance 1 in league 2 to 100? Yay or nay?

Can’t even describe how bad tonight was. Won’t be returning this season.
