Riddle Me This

Our preferred direction of play is to attack the “North Terrace” second half and some opposing managers prefer to 'swap ends' for the first half brings hoping it could bring a sense of curious unease to the home team and crowd, all used to watching their team play in the "right" direction either half.

That said have you noticed when we play a team with a lot of support in the “South Stand” the opposing fans make much more noise second half and feed the players which feeds their fans and so on and so on?

I think if we were to “change ends” tomorrow it may just help keeping a huge away following quiet.

I prefer us attacking the North in the 2nd half mate it usually reaps dividends. Plus I stand down that way - can't see whats going on at the other end

I like attacking the North. Especially the Scots.

I think we should play east to west in the first half and play 6 wingers.

With our current midfield we usually play east to west anyway.

I'd prefer north to east to south to west to the 6 CM's...

Backup plan is bring Wilko on.

Someone once tweeted us about the number of home goals massively favoured one end.

Be buggered if I can remember what it was.

If it was earlier on this season, there were far more goals scored in front of the away end (both sides, not specific to us).

I remember Sev asking about it on here and I worked it out, was about a 2:1 ratio at the time.

Edit: My gut feeling is that we score more at the north end of the ground, though.
